FAQs
How do I schedule a private lesson?
Please visit the private lessons page to find out about current options, and then submit the registration form to let us know about your interest and availability; we will send you some lesson slot options, and once we find a day and time that works for you, we will send you a confirmation about what to expect throughout the year.
Our schedule has changed. Can we switch classes mid-year?
Yes, as long as there is room in the class you would like to join. Please contact us if you need a scheduling change, and we’ll do our best to work it out!
Do I have to register for my class in advance?
We ask that you register in advance, so that we can confirm that there is room in the class that you are interested in, and so that we are ready to greet you on your first day! If you the class you are interested in becomes full, we will give you the option to join the waiting list. Visit the registration page to learn more.
How do I pay for my class?
For groups classes and private lessons, payment is due at the beginning of each month. For our short term classes and activities (i.e. summer school, summer classes, craft club), payment is due by the first day that the class meets.
You can choose to either pay here on our website on the payments page using credit or debit card, or in person at The Studio, using cash, credit or debit card, or Revolut. If you would like to request an alternate payment arrangement or payment plan, please let us know.
Will my child have a chance to perform?
Yes! We have open class days and performance weekends towards the end of each semester, where music students are able to perform and share their work with friends and family. You can find information about upcoming open class weeks and performances on the calendar page.
My child is very young, and I’m not sure how it will go. Can I come and see the space, or meet with you, before we register?
Absolutely! Please come to one of our open houses to see our beautiful studio space and to ask any questions that you may have. You can visit the open house page to learn more and to RSVP.
